Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package Jell-O raspberry
  • 1 package Jell-O orange
  • 1 cup nuts chopped
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 pound fresh cranberries
  • 2 large apples

Directions

    1. Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
    2. Add sugar to hot jello and 1 more cup water that isnt hot.
    3. Core apples, then grind apples, oranges, and cranberries in food processor using the large grate blade. Gently toss grated fruits with jello then add nuts.
    4. Chill at least over night.
