Blender Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 count lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 count egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 count garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    1. Place first 5 ingredients in blender. Coddle the egg 1 minute. (only 1/4 cup oil, reserve the rest for later)
    2. Put egg in blender and turn on. Immediately remove cover and add additional 1/2 cup salad oil.
    3. Turn blender off and add lemon juice and cheese. Give the blender one more flick. Refrigerate.
