Corned Beef and Cabbage

I cook the corned beef over night and then just before serving

Ingredients

  • 5 pound corned beef round or brisket
  • 1 count cabbage head
  • 4 count potatoes
  • 2 count garlic cloves

Directions

    1. Wash corned beef and put in crock pot along with spice packet. Add garlic.
    2. Cook until almost done. Core cabbage and cut into wedges.
    3. Cut potatoes into wedges and add both cabbage and potatoes to crock pot. Cook until potatoes are done.
