Grilled Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 pint marinade
  • 4 pound chuck roast

Directions

    1. Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Cut into serving pieces.
    2. Marinate at least 4 or 5 hours; over-night is better. Discard marinate and grill roast.
    3. Cook on hot grill 20-30 minutes to desired done-ness.
