Parmesan Chicken Breasts

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 count chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


    1. Combine dry ingredients. Melt butter in microwave.
    2. Dip chicken in butter and then in dry ingredients. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining butter over top of chicken breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
