Roast Pork Tenderloin

This can be grilled - high heat for about 30-45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon mustard dry
  • 4 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 count garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup sherry dry
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions

    1. Make a marinade of last 5 ingredients. Place tenderloin in plastic bag with marinade; close bag and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Remove meat and roast on rack uncovered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325 degrees.
    3. Baste frequently during last hour of cooking.
