Ham Loaf II

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 pound pork
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1 pound ham
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

    1. Combine meats well. I use a dough hook and my mixer.
    2. Add bread crumbs, eggs, and milk and mix well. Form into loaves and bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
    3. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard. Heat until sugar dissolves. Remove loaves from oven, poke holes in them with fork, and pour mixture over. Return to 300 degree oven for additional 15 minutes.
    4. Cool before slicing.
