Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 4 count eggs
  • 1 pound ground smoked ham
  • 1 pound ground pork shoulder

Directions

    1. Combine the ground meats with the eggs, cracker crumbs and milk. Form into loaf in a greased baking dish.
    2. Mix together the brown sugar, vinegar, water, mustard and flour. Brush the basting sauce on the ham loaf and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
    3. After an hour baking brush remaining basting sauce on the ham loaf.
