Arizona Chicken Salad

This is a strange crazy salad, but you will love it!


  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked dice, shred, or julliane
  • 1 can rice noodles fried
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon almonds sliced
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar cider
  • 4 count green onions sliced or diced
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce large shred


    1. Mix together in a salad bowl the salad oil, cider vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Add the cooked chicken to mixture.
    2. Shred the iceberg lettuce, and add onion, noodles, sesame seeds and almonds, and chicken mixture. Toss and serve immediately.
