Ingredients

  • 3 cup chicken
  • 4 ounce water chestnuts
  • 11 ounce mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Beau Monde

Directions

    1. Combine chicken, water chestnuts, oranges, celery and Beau Monde.
    2. In separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.
    3. Add to chicken and toss well.
    4. Chill and serve on Bib lettuce.
