Horseshoe Sandwiches

  • 8 count turkey
  • 1 cup American cheese
  • 8 count ham slices
  • 8 count bread slices
  • 1 package potatoes french fried
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cup milk


    1. Make a roux with flour and butter. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add cheese and stir until melted.
    2. Make sandwiches and cut diagonally. Place cooked fries around sandwich. Cover with cheese sauce and place under broiler until browned, about 10 minutes.
    3. Serve immediately.
