Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 package rolls crescent
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 cup hash brown potatoes frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 count eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

    1. Brown sausage, onion and green pepper, drain.
    2. Place crescent rolls on pizza pan and press perforations together.
    3. Spread sausage mixture, hash browns, and cheese over crust.
    4. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over.
    5. Bake at 375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
