  • 2 cup Jiffy Mix
  • 1 3/8 cup soda Club
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 count egg


    1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    2. Heat and grease Belgium waffle iron. Pour batter onto grid and cook according to instructions.
    3. Serve with a garnish of 4 oz. cream cheese and 4 oz. whipped cream beat to mix, powdered sugar, and fresh fruit, or syrup and butter (not included in nutrition info).
