Fresh Blueberry Pie

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cup blueberries
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 count pastry for double pie crust


    1. Lightly mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and berries together in saucepan. Cook over moderate heat until thickened.
    2. Pour into prepared pie crust. Cover with top crust and bake for 15 minutes in 425 degree oven. Lower heat to 375 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
