You can use angel food cake as well. Sugar free pudding and fat free sugar free whipped topping makes for a low calorie dessert!


  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 quart whipped cream
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 small pound cake
  • 4 cup strawberries


    1. Cube pound cake and place in bottom of Trifle dish or serving dish.
    2. Prepare vanilla pudding and place in refrigerator until thickened.
    3. Put equal or sugar on strawberries and layer 2 cups over the pound cake.
    4. Layer pudding over strawberries.
    5. Add remaining strawberries.
    6. Top with whipped cream.
