Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix

Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
    2. Beat everything together and pour into pie pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with cool whip.
