Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar red wine
  • 1/4 cup oil canola
  • 1 count iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 10 count pepperocini peppers
  • 1/2 cup cheese Feta
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives

Directions

    1. Shred lettuce. Add onion, peppers, olives, and feta.
    2. Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Shake well. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
