Molasses Grilled Pork

- Prep Time: 480 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Servings: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup mustard dijon style
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 pound pork tenderloin
Directions
- Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Brush pork tenderloin and place in zip locked bag. Chill tenderloin and remaining mixture overnight.
- Put tenderloin on medium high grill covered for about 10 minutes.
- Baste with remaining mixture and continue cooking for 10 more minutes or until done (160 degrees).
