Molasses Grilled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup mustard dijon style
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 pound pork tenderloin

Directions

    1. Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Brush pork tenderloin and place in zip locked bag. Chill tenderloin and remaining mixture overnight.
    2. Put tenderloin on medium high grill covered for about 10 minutes.
    3. Baste with remaining mixture and continue cooking for 10 more minutes or until done (160 degrees).
