Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Low fat ice cream and lite whipped topping can be substituted to reduce calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 count graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cup whipped topping

Directions

    1. Combine ice cream, topping, and peanut butter. Blend well and spoon into crust.
    2. Cover and freeze until firm (3-4 hours). Drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
