Cream Cheese Bisquits

2 muffins per serving!


  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour self rising


    1. Soften butter and cream cheese to room temperature. On high speed beat butter and cream cheese about 2 minutes.
    2. On low speed gradually add flour.
    3. Drop by teaspoon into ungreased miniature muffin pans, Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
