Linguine with Fresh Tomato Sauce

  • 1 package linguine
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 4 count tomatoes chopped or diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can black olives sliced 2.25 oz


    1. Cook linguine according to package instructions.
    2. While pasta is cooking, combine tomato, basil, olive oil, garlic, and salt.
    3. Drain linguine and place in platter or large plate, top with tomato mixture, garnish with black olives and Parmesan cheese.
