Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 pound new potatoes

Directions

    1. Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise and place in baking dish.
    2. Melt butter in saucepan with salt and rosemary.
    3. Pour butter mixture over potatoes, tossing to coat.
    4. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done.
