Blueberry Pie

  • 2 pint blueberries
  • 2 count pie crusts 9 inch
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


    1. Wash blueberries, checking for stems and removing bad berries.
    2. Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and flour. Toss gentle until berries are coated. Add to bottom pie crust and cover with top crust. Put slits in top to vent. (I mark it with a B)
    3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 40-45 minutes.
