Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 count tomatoes Roma
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 3 ounce Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 medium onion red
  • 1 large lettuce Romaine
  • 12 count pepperocini peppers

Directions

    1. Wash lettuce and tear into bite size pieces. Place in large salad bowl (big enough to toss).
    2. Slice pepperoccin into fours and add to lettuce. Distribute onion slices evenly over salad. Half the black olives and add. Dice Roma tomatoes and add to salad.
    3. Prepare dressing using mayo, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, oil, Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese. Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high for about a minutes.
    4. Just before serving toss salad in dressing.
