Onions should be very thinly sliced. Cucumbers about 1/4 inch thick.


  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small vidalia onion
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water


    1. Peel and slice cucumbers and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.
