Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich

  • 4 slice bread sour dough
  • 1 count tomato
  • 1/4 pound bacon
  • 1/8 count iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


    1. Place bacon in a microwaveable dish and cook for 1 minute per slice.
    2. Slice tomato. Toast bread. Wash and prepare lettuce.
    3. Spread mayo over bread and stack bacon, tomato, and lettuce. Top with slice of bread.
    4. Salt and pepper to taste!
