Mom's Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 3 count eggs
  • 2 can sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/8 cup milk evaporated
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 3/8 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans


    1. Mash the drained sweet potatoes and beat for about 1 minute until thoughly mashed.
    2. Add eggs, butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Blend until smooth.
    3. Pour into a 10x10 inch greased baking dish.
    4. Combine brown sugar, melted butter, flour and pecans and sprinkle evenly over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.
