Mashed Potatoes

Add more milk if too stiff.


  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 4 large potatoes red


    1. Peel and slice potatoes. Boil for about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    2. In a glass bowl microwave cream cheese, butter, milk, and butter until cheese and butter are melted.
    3. Drain potatoes and beat until mashed. Add liquid and continue beating.
