Grilled Shish Kabobs

Chicken can be substituted for pork.


  • 1 large onion sweet
  • 1 cup salad dressing Italian
  • 1 large pepper yellow sweet
  • 1 large peppers red sweet
  • 1 large green peppers whole
  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 2 pound pork tenderloin


    1. Cut pork into cubes about 1 1/2" square. Place in large zip locked bag and add the salad dressing. Seal and set aside.
    2. Cut vegetables in pieces equal to the meat. Leave mushrooms whole. Add vegetables to meat and refrigerate until ready to use.
    3. Skewer the ingredients alternately so that the peppers and onions flavor the meat. This should fill about 8 skewers.
    4. Grill on medium high heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Turning frequently to be sure all surfaces are on done.
