Microwave Fudge

Make ahead and freeze for up to a month.


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can sweetened and condensed milk
  • 12 ounce milk chocolate morsels
  • 12 ounce semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup walnuts


    1. Place ingredients, excluding nuts, in a microwaveable baking dish with butter on the bottom followed by chips and evenly spread with condensed milk. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove and stir vigorously. Return to microwave on high for 30 second intervals until it becomes shiny, about 1-2 more minutes.
    2. Spread into wax paper lined loaf pan or 8" square pan. Add nuts to top pressing into fudge. Refrigerate until needed.
