Great Blueberry Pie

  • 2 count pie crusts
  • 5 tablespoon flour tapioca
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 20 ounce blueberries


    1. Mash 1/2 of the blueberries for juice and leave the other 1/2 whole. Toss and set aside.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and freeze in lined pie pan.
    3. After frozen, prepare 2 pie crusts use one for the filling and the other for lattice strips.
    4. Place frozen blueberries into bottom crust and cover with lattice strips. Bake for 1 and 15 minutes in 325 degree oven.
