Grilled Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pound salmon fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Combine all ingredients except salmon.
    2. Place salmon skin side down on a medium high grill. Baste with mayonaisse mixture. Close cover on grill and allow to cook for about 7 minutes.
    3. Open grill and check for doneness. Continue to cook until done checking every 2-3 minutes.
    4. Salmon will flake when completely done.
