Ingredients

  • 16 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 count eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

    1. Combine 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. sugar, and 1 c G.C. Crumbs. Press into bottom of pie pan/spring form pan. Set aside.
    2. Combine cream cheese and sweetened and condensed milk. Mix well.
    3. Add eggs one at a time. Add salt and lemon juice. Beat until creamy.
    4. Bake @ 350 for approx. 50 min. Top with 8oz sour cream and cinnamon mixed well and bake 10 more min. Cool and chill.
