Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Herb Butter

  • Servings: 1 servings
NOTE: To broil salmon steaks in the oven


  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 count salmon steaks
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice


    1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon. Baste both sides of salmon steaks with herb-butter mixture.
    2. Place salmon on a rack and grill over medium-hot coals for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Turn salmon once during grilling; baste several times with herb-butter mixture.
