Cranberries n Apples

This can be baked in pie shell or eaten alone


  • 12 count apples
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 3/8 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar


    1. Toss apples, sugar, flour and cranberries together in bowl.
    2. Melt butter in skillet and add apple mixture.
    3. Saute 10-15 minutes until apples are tender. Serve warm.
