Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

    1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, and oil until combined. Add dry ingredients.
    2. Beat well and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes.
