Sheri's Broccoli Casserole

This is good with or without the rice.

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup almonds sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 ounce broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can soup cream of mushroom
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 small onion

Directions

    1. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients and add 1/2 c. water.
    2. Put in 2 quart casserole and cover with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
