Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon onion
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 large mushrooms whole
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems finely and combine with salt, pepper, paprika, onion and cheese.
    2. Place caps on olive oil greased baking sheet and stuff with above mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
