Traditional Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 cup macaroni
- 2 cup Velveeta cheese
- 2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 quart water
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Bring water to a vigorous boil and add salt and macaroni. Boil for 10 minutes and drain. Pour into large casserole.
- In a sauce saucepan melt butter, add flour whisking until combined. Slowly add milk and heat until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour over macaroni and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake until slightly browned, about 20 minutes.
