Baked Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 3/8 cup brown sugar
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes


    1. Wash sweet potatoes and cut off the ends. Place on a baking pan lined with foil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 1 hour or until soft enough to eat.
    2. Open the sweet potato cutting down the middle lengthwise. Place 1 T. butter on each and sprinkle with brown sugar, if desired.
