Ingredients

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cup pumpkin canned
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

    1. Combine sugar, oil, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Beat well.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour batter into 2 loaf pans which have been well greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Slide bread out of pans and cool.
