Ingredients

  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 count artichokes
  • 1 count lemon

Directions

    1. Place the whole cleaned artichokes in a 4 quart crockpot top side up.
    2. Squeeze the lemon over the artichokes and then drizzle the olive oil over the artichokes.
    3. Sprinkle the salt over the artichokes and then add the white wine and garlic to the crockpot.
    4. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
