Cheesy Corn Casserole

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounce corn muffin mix
  • 2 count eggs
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 can corn creamed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoon butter


    1. Saute the butter and onion until light brown. Set aside.
    2. Combine the corn muffin mix, egg, milk, and creamed corn.
    3. Spread muffin mix in a 13x9 buttered casserole dish. Cover the mix with the onion and butter mixture.
    4. Spread the sour cream and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the onion mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
