Browned Pork Chops with Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sage leaves dried
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves dried
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 count nonstick oil cooking spray
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 3/8 cup sour cream fat free
- 1 tablespoon flour all purpose
- 1 teaspoon mustard Dijon
- 2 cup cooked noodles
- 4 count loin chops boneless
Directions
- Trim fat from chops. Combine sage, marjoram, pepper and salt in small bowl. Rub onto pork chops and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Place chops in skillet and brown on all sides. Cook 5-10 minutes, turning once, or until chops are just barely pink. Remove chops from skillet.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes; add broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; return pork to skillet, cover, and back in and cover, simmer until pork is done. (165 degrees)
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream and flour.
- Remove pork chops and add mushrooms. Next add sour cream and flour mixture.
- Serve pork chops with noodles and gravy.
