Pork Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Sauce

For grilling place pork on low heat but turn another burner on high to heat the grill up to 400 degrees. Be sure to keep the lid closed. Set the timer and turn every 15-20 minutes.


  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup wine dry white
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup mustard Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon thyme dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 pound pork tenderloin


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and brown in a skillet on all sides and transfer to aluminum foil.
    2. Combine oil, thyme, and mustard and spread mix on pork. Wrap pork in foil. Bake for 20 minutes, open foil, bake for 10 minutes more.
    3. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour. Add liquids and whisk until smooth. Add cheese last. Serve over meat.
