Spaghetti Squash with meatballs and tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 count squash spaghetti
  • 15 ounce meatballs frozen italian style 15oz
  • 24 ounce spaghetti sauce

Directions

    1. In a skillet cook, ground turkey, 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper, until meat is brown. Drain off fat.
    2. Add the reserved salt to a pot of water, bring to a boil.
    3. Roast spaghetti squash for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Shred with a fork.
