Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a great recipe to make ahead. It tastes best the next day!


  • 4 package Equal
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 small onion purple
  • 1 small pepper red
  • 1 small pasta spiral
  • 2 medium chicken breasts


    1. Cook the chicken, baked, grilled, fried...however you prefer.
    2. Boil Pasta then rinse with cold water.
    3. Mix pasta, red pepper, onion, chicken, and dressing together and chill.  More chill time is better.
