Baked Ziti

Great with Senora Salad and French bread!


  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 package cheese Provolone sliced 8 oz
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 package ziti 12-16oz
  • 1 can spaghetti sauce 15-16oz
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz


    1. Brown ground turkey and boil ziti until done.
    2. Drain both the meat and the ziti. Add sauce to meat and simmer for a few minutes.
    3. Grease an 8x13 baking dish.
    4. Begin layering noodles, then sauce, then provolone slices, and finally sour cream.
    5. Repeat layers for a second time and top with desired amount of mozzarella. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
