Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cup baking mix

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Smooth dough into a ball. Knead on surface dusted with baking mix, about 5 times. Roll dough out into 1/2 inch thickness and cut with 2 inch cutter.
    2. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown about 8-10 minutes.
