Jamaican Rum Chicken

  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Servings: 6 servings


  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup rum dark
  • 6 count chicken breasts boneless skinless


    1. Combine rum, juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
    2. Place chicken breasts and mixture above in a large zipper locked bag. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) turning occasionally.
    3. Grill chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
    4. Meanwhile, pour marinade into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes or until it is reduced to half.
    5. Serve chicken with Jamaican Rum sauce.
